Pratimoksha believes in imparting the knowledge of Yoga while preserving its deepest essence, and at the same time integrating it with modern times. Our goal is to break the pattern of teaching that emphasizes contorting one’s body into various shapes much like an acrobat… because Yoga is way beyond just the asana or the pose.
For those who prefer to learn at their own pace, and with a focus on their issues and body condition, we offer one-on-one classes.
