Are you stressed with your teen-trums? Well then, Yoga for teenagers is an ideal program for your ‘stressed’ teenager. Our fun-filled classes not only increase a teen’s physical stamina, but also prepares him/her to endure and overcome academic and peer pressure.

Highlights of Teen Yoga:

3 months course for a group of teenagers

60 minute yoga classes twice a week

Every session includes practices that enhance strength, immunity, vitality and memory power.

The classes include small value-based pep talks given at the end of the session – ‘The Takeaway!’
Our Teen Yoga program sets teenagers confidently on a course that will up their performance levels, developing confidence and self-esteem on the way.
