We offer Yoga & Wellness programs to suit practitioners of all levels. Besides, progressive beginner, intermediate and advanced level classes, we are extremely skilled at one-on-one Yoga sessions for musculo-skeletal aches and pains, PCOD, degenerative muscle changes, chronic bone and joint pain, migraine to name just a few.

And Pratimoksha is the studio near  in Dubai where you will be introduced to authentic Yoga, laying the foundation for a lifelong Yoga practice.

Beginners Yoga teaches you simple exercises and asanas that strengthen your muscles and help build core strength for the next levels of asanas.
