TTC Modules
- Human Anatomy – We teach Human Anatomy for a better understanding of yoga asanas, postures and to learn the therapeutic yoga effectively.
- Yoga Philosophy – This course takes you through ancient yogic philosophies and traditional texts, values, morale, and the duties that have to be followed for a happy life. Our yoga professionals take you through the Patanjali yoga principles.
- Yoga Asanas – We take you through the main yoga asanas like standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, and inversions along with pranayama and yogic breathing techniques.
- Yoga Therapy – In this module, students will learn how to integrate yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation to improve and control various issues related to physical and mental health.
